I just started following the vegan guidlines, and was wondering does not eating meat make you go to the bathroom more. I have just recently recovered from Ulcerative Colitis and stopped eating meat. It just seems like I go to the bathroom a little more since I stopped eating meat.
some talk about being vegan but is that a philosophy or is it just the same as vegaterian? I do not eat meat but would like to know if i call myself vegan is that really the same?
I check to find traces of animal products becuase theres no vegan symbol, does this mean i shouldn’t eat it, even if i can’t find traces of animal produce?
