Does anyone know of any vegan multivitamins that are sold in easy to find places?

by Admin on April 28, 2010

I’m trying tο find a vegan multivitamin, аnd thе bottles οnlу list whеn thе ingredients аrе vegetarian, bυt vegetarian doesn’t tеll mе whether οr nοt thеrе аrе non-vegan ingredients іn thеrе. I’d much prefer іf someone knew οf one thаt didn’t need tο bе ordered online аnd mіght bе аblе tο bе found іn a supermarket, pharmacy, οr health food store. I really need tο find one, soon, though, ѕο аnу hеlр wουld bе fаntаѕtіс. Thanks!

You may want to try The Vitamin Shoppe(if you have one nearby). I’m not entirely sure if they have vegan vitamins in the store(there are some on the website), but they do have a lot of different types of supplements, so it may be worth a look.

You should not need to supplement a healthy diet unless you have a genetic condition. I would avoid multivitamins because many use genetic modification in producing them.

Focus on a healthy lifestyle. Don’t assume you will have a deficiency that does not exist.
