When one’s body is adjusting to a vegan diet, are there any noticeable negative side effects?

About a month ago, I adopted a vegan diet. Before that, both meat and dairy were huge parts of my diet. I didnt have any easing in period, and just completely quit eating animals and animal products literally overnight. I figured I might have some short-term negative side effects from drastically changing my diet so quickly, but I haven’t noticed a thing, good or bad. Is it normal for people to not experience any changes as I did?

Would canned vegan cat food be a good substitute for chicken in Annie’s Chicken Pasta meal?

It says put in chicken or your favorite vegetarian alternative. I like vegan canned cat food so would that be good in it?
Yeah I love it on crackers too – but wheat crackers not saltines.
Punkin it’s VEGAN cat food made with HUMAN GRADE ingredients. I would not eat regular cat food ewww.

Does anyone know of any vegan multivitamins that are sold in easy to find places?

I’m trying to find a vegan multivitamin, and the bottles only list when the ingredients are vegetarian, but vegetarian doesn’t tell me whether or not there are non-vegan ingredients in there. I’d much prefer if someone knew of one that didn’t need to be ordered online and might be able to be found in a supermarket, pharmacy, or health food store. I really need to find one, soon, though, so any help would be great. Thanks!
