Each pill has enough for 166 days. I recommend breaking one up and taking just a crumb each day. =)

this stuff is amazing. it has 500% of the recommended daily intake of b12 among countless other nutrients. it’s good as a nutritional supplement for those worried about not getting enough nutrients or for a simple energy boost. it’s 100% vegan, supplied by nature, and put together by a fellow vegan.
    :)

Yes, it is vegan friendly . .. because it doesn’t have any B12 just like a vegan diet.

The key to any vitamin, esp., B12 which is rather a complex nutrient to absorb, is how much is absorbed. Many vitamins list outrageous amounts above the MDR, but the key statistic is how much is absorbable.

So while someone mentions a vegan friendly B12 of 16666% of the MDR, that which is absorbably may only come out to 100% of the MDR. So whomever suggested “breaking off a little”, needs to clarify the information and may in fact be subtlely B12 deficient.

The fine print and statistics on supplements is really tricky.
