I dont agree with a complete Raw food diet.. Cooking breaks down the Proteins that are neccessary for digestion.. Mix your diet with cooked or semi cooked foods like Carrots and other veg ..There is no good reason to just eat raw foods.
First, to address the previous response- proteins do not aid digestion, enzymes do. Cooking kills enzymes. You do the math….
Second, the best starter cookbook is “Raw Food Made Easy” by Jennifer Cornbleet. The recipes use easy to find ingredients, and the only equipment you need is a blender and a food processor. It’s a small book, only 200 pgs, but it’s all recipes, and not a lot of science, philosophy, and glossy photographs. Also, it’s paperback, so it isn’t expensive.
A few recipes are on her website:

I’m sorry I don’t but I know what is very healthy to eat and if you follow it for a period of time you will be healthier from inside and outside. This is a Mediterranean Diet. #1 Red meat you should eat it a few times per month in very small amounts. #2 Sweets , eggs, poultry and fish you should eat it a few times a week. #3 Chese,yougart,#4 Olive oil, #5 Vegetables, Beans, Nuts, Legumes, Fruits, #5Bread, pasta, rice, couscous, polenta, bulgar, other grains and potatoes. You should eat daily. I listed them from what you should eat the most to the least that’s why I numbered them! Remember some of them are very healthy for example eggs but, you only need it a few times a week. Good luck! For futher information you can email me at: tigerqueen9@yahoo.com
