What are healthy foods that a vegan can eat?

Hi. I’ve been a vegetarian for three and a half years and I became a vegan about four months ago. The thing is that I’m not a big eater but I want to make sure that I’m getting all the right nutrients in my vegan diet. What are some good foods that I can eat?
I wanted to add that I am allergic to soy so I can’t have anything with soy.

    You can’t go wrong with fuits and vegetables!

    Also make sure you’re eating protein packed foods, such as beans, nuts, peanut butter, tofu and brown rice.

    I like Gardenburgers too.

    Boca is another good one, but I prefer the first 2.

    Available in the freezer section.

    Other than that, nuts, fruit, vegetables are all good.
    Spagetti squash is really good. Cut it in half, cover the cut halves with plastic wrap and microwave until you can stick a fork into it. Use the fork to shred the squash. It looks just like spagetti noodles. Pour your favorite spagetti sauce over it and it’s so yummy.

    the best thing that you can eat is RAW fruit and vegetables, these will have all the nutriants your body needs, including iron, protein and calium.

    Broccoli, kale, spinach, and anything with flax in it are good to have in a vegan diet. I would also recommend taking vitamins! Taking vitamins is essential. I would take coral calcium tablets and Alive! Whole food vitamins.

    i wanted to say that there are only two things from morningstar that are vegan
    their veggie crumbles and their chik’n strips.
    also, it is VERY important that you get grains in your diet
    whether it be from some wholesome flaxseed,walnut,banana pancakes [i LOVE those.]
    or some whole grain bread
    or even some long grain brown rice
    you CAN NOT just eat fruits and veggies
    people do say it is healthy but you will not get enough fiber in your diet.
    also,you could get some almond milk or rice milk and have some cereal.
