What is a good, healthy 1200 calorie vegan meal plan for one day?

I was a vegan for about 15 years, but stopped because I became overweight. I then lost weight eating high protein eight meals per day of 150 calories each. I would now like to go back to being a vegan, but I don’t want to put on weight. Could someone kindly please share with me any good and easy to prepare vegan meal plans they have or know about that could help me?

I did the calculations off the top of my head, don’t kill me if they’re not accurate. That would give you enough room to add snacks and desserts. Hope that helps!

I’m sorry, but 1200 calories and healthy? I don’t think so, unless you are 4 feet tall you need to be eating more than that.

you need more than 1200 calories unless you are just completely sedentary, 1500 would be better, crash diets don’t work and are very unhealthy

Can I join in and say that 1200 cals sounds unhealthy and shame on anyone who comes up with a diet that suggests less
