Broccoli (4 cups) - 100 calories
Smart Dogs (3 links) - 130
White Button Mushrooms - 30 calories
Onion (1/2 medium) - 30 calories
Total: 290

Grand Total: 955 calories

I did the calculations off the top of my head, don&#039;t kill me if they&#039;re not accurate. That would give you enough room to add snacks and desserts. Hope that helps!</description>
